Processing Time All orders are processed within 1β3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Hungary) Orders within Hungary are shipped at a flat rate of 1,800 HUF. Free shipping is available on orders over 20,000 HUF. Estimated delivery time is 2β5 business days.
International Shipping (EU & Worldwide) We ship to over 40 countries across Europe and beyond. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of β¬16.50. Free shipping is available on international orders over β¬100.
Estimated delivery times:
- Neighboring countries (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia): 3β5 business days
- Western & Northern EU: 5β8 business days
- Southern & Eastern EU: 7β12 business days
- Rest of world: 10β20 business days
EU Consumer Rights In accordance with EU regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Fairytale Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
